My toddler grabbed the mallet mid-tantrum to "play" the llama and it survived the throw, so the build is definitely solid for a replacement part. It connects exactly like the original, so no fumbling to get it back on the toy. We're back to making music without hunting for the lost piece.

The mallet fits snugly into our Musical Lili Llama, so my toddler can keep banging away without it slipping out mid-play. It's sturdy enough for the daily pounding it gets, and honestly, I'm just relieved we didn't have to buy a whole new toy.

Our original mallet went missing and this replacement is a lifesaver—my toddler immediately recognized it and went back to drumming on her Diego Dino. The build feels solid enough for the daily pounding it gets, and it's been weeks with no cracks.
