A Christmas countdown with a penguin twist. The Polly Penguin Advent Calendar features a soft plush design with 24 numbered fabric pockets, a tethered stuffed fish for marking the number of days till Christmas, and a loop atop the penguin's head for hanging. Made from various soft fabrics, the penguin's head, arms, and feet are plump with fluff. The calendar belly has no plush fillers but offers pockets for placing the attached fish or other small surprises. Fill your little one's holiday with anticipation and wonder with this penguin-inspired advent calendar.

The tethered fish is a clever touch—it actually keeps the countdown organized instead of just being decorative. The fabric pockets feel sturdy enough to survive a month of small hands reaching in daily. A charming way to build anticipation.

My kids fight over who gets to move the stuffed fish to the next number each morning, which tells you everything. The plush is genuinely soft to the touch, and the pockets are deep enough to hold small treats without them slipping out.

The 24 fabric pockets feel sturdy enough for little hands to open every day without tearing, and the tethered fish makes it easy for my daughter to mark the countdown herself. She’s already claimed the penguin as her bedtime buddy, which says everything about how much she loves it.
